Lets see, I am also trying to loose weight from when i gained it all during my pregnancy. I feel really bad because it was so long ago and I am still over 200 pounds but hey at least I am working towards it. I have stopped drinking Caffeinated beverages and working on not drinking soda all together. I think I have about 1 non-caffeinated beverage a week so I could probably stop all together. I have found I really like water now so thats good! I am also trying to exersize at lease 30 min. once a day! Today i tried doing sit ups and push ups and a lot of stuff on the floor. Yea, it is really hard to do that when you have a baby trying to climb all over you. I think I will have to only exercise when R.J. is home or the baby is asleep! Well, that is all for now. I have attached a few pictures of me...I think I am getting skinnier...I Hope!
